No intake forms that go to an assistant. No sales team that calls you back. When you reach out to TGV Homes, you hear from me — the person who will be responsible for every decision made on your project.
Tell us what you're looking for and we'll make sure your message gets to the right place.
I'll respond personally within one business day.
You'll reach me directly — not a receptionist. Best reached between 9am and 5pm.
For longer messages or if you'd like to attach inspiration images or a brief.
Studio visits by appointment only. We'd love to show you material samples and past project documentation in person.
"Every enquiry this form receives will be read and responded to by me, personally. If your project isn't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly — and point you in the right direction."
For new builds, our projects range from $2M – $5M. For renovations and additions, we work on projects from $500K – $2M. If you're unsure whether your project falls in range, just reach out — we'll give you an honest answer.
Not at all. Our Pre-Construction Strategy service includes site selection and land advisory — we can help you evaluate lots before you buy. Some of our best projects started with a conversation before any land was under contract.
No. We can help you assemble the right design team as part of the pre-construction process, or we can work alongside an architect you've already chosen. We're flexible — what matters is that everyone is aligned before we break ground.
The earlier the better — genuinely. Starting conversations at least 6 months before your intended build date gives us the most room to do the pre-construction work properly — though 12 months or more is ideal. That said, we're always happy to talk regardless of timeline.
We build across Monmouth County, Ocean County, Mercer County, and Northern New Jersey. If you're outside these areas, tell us about your project and we'll have an honest conversation about feasibility.
You'll leave with a clear, honest picture of what your project would actually involve — budget, timeline, and process. Even if we don't end up working together, that clarity has real value. And you'll be talking to the person who would actually build your home.
