The Founder's Story

Seven Years.
Fifty Projects.
One Standard.

TGV Homes didn't start with a business plan — it started with an obsession. Over the years, I acquired, renovated, and sold more than fifty properties. What began as investment flips gradually became something else: a relentless pursuit of what a home could actually be at the highest level.

With each project, the finishes got finer. The trades got more specialised. The brief got more demanding. I found myself hiring the best tile setters, the most exacting trim carpenters, kitchen designers who'd worked on eight-figure homes — and realising I had both an eye for this and a network to match.

TGV Homes is the natural next step: applying everything I've learned to homes built entirely around the client's vision. Not flipped. Not rushed. Built once, built right, and built to last generations.

The Investor's Perspective

"Having been the client on fifty-plus projects, I know exactly what frustrates people — and what actually matters. That knowledge is built into every decision we make."

Our Philosophy

Three Beliefs That
Drive Everything We Do

These aren't marketing statements. They're the convictions that shape how we work, who we work with, and what we refuse to compromise on.

A Home Is a Legacy, Not a Transaction

We're not building inventory. Every home we take on will be someone's primary residence, family gathering place, and long-term investment. That responsibility changes how every decision gets made — from structural choices to the hardware on your kitchen drawers.

Transparency Is Non-Negotiable

We operate on open-book budgeting — every line item, every trade quote, every material cost is visible to you, always. We've seen what happens when clients are kept in the dark, and we built our entire process around making sure it never happens here.

The Right Client Is Everything

We're selective about who we build for — not because we're exclusive, but because great homes require great partnerships. We look for clients who care deeply about quality, value honesty over optimism, and understand that building something extraordinary takes time. Those relationships produce the best work.

Our Values

What We Stand For
In Practice

01
Craft Over Speed

We never rush a project to meet an artificial deadline. Quality on a luxury home is cumulative — it's the result of a thousand unhurried decisions, each made with care. If that means we take a little longer, we take a little longer.

02
Owner Accountability

When you work with TGV Homes, you work with its founder. Not a project manager, not a site supervisor — me. I'm the person responsible for every commitment we make, and I take that personally.

03
Earned Trade Relationships

Our trade network wasn't handed to us — it was built over years of projects where we paid fairly, respected the work, and kept raising the bar. The best craftspeople in the region work with us because they want to, not because they have to.

04
Investor-Grade Judgement

Every decision we recommend is filtered through both lenses: how will this feel to live in, and how will it hold its value? Having been an active property investor for many years of, we know which improvements genuinely matter — and which ones just cost money.

How We Build

Our Process,
Step by Step

From the first conversation to the day we hand over your keys, every step is transparent, owner-led, and designed to protect your investment and your experience.

A typical new build with TGV Homes runs 10–14 months from first consultation to handover. Renovations vary by scope — typically 6–10 months.

Start the Process
01
Discovery & Vision Alignment

A private consultation where we listen deeply — your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, non-negotiables, and what a truly great home means to your family. We never begin a design until we fully understand the people it's being built for.

Weeks 1–2
02
Pre-Construction Strategy

Budget modeling, site evaluation, design team assembly, and permit roadmapping. This is the phase most builders skip — and where most projects go wrong. We treat it as the foundation of everything that follows.

Weeks 3–6
03
Architecture & Interior Design

Bespoke plans developed collaboratively — floor plans, elevations, material palettes, interior architecture. We act as the owner's representative throughout the design process, ensuring every decision is both beautiful and buildable.

Months 2–4
04
Permitting & Pre-Construction

Every permit, every approval, every consultant sign-off — handled by our team. We build a complete approvals roadmap at the start and manage the process so your construction schedule isn't subject to bureaucratic surprises.

Months 3–5
05
Master Construction

Your home is built by a curated team of specialist tradespeople — the finest in the region. Monthly owner walkthroughs, full financial transparency, and a dedicated project manager keep everything on track and nothing below standard.

Months 5–12
06
Handover & Lifetime Aftercare

Delivery day is a celebration. We walk you through every system, every space, every detail. A comprehensive home manual is prepared, and our team remains available for the lifetime of your home. The relationship doesn't end at handover — it deepens.

Why We're Different

What You Won't Find
Anywhere Else

Luxury interior craftsmanship
Built with Intention
You Talk to the Builder

No intake coordinator, no project sales rep. When you call TGV Homes, you talk to the person building your home. That access continues throughout the entire project.

Open Books, Always

We show you every number, every trade quote, every material cost. Not because we have to — because we believe it's the only honest way to work.

An Investor's Instincts

Many years ofs of buying, renovating, and selling high-end properties taught me which decisions genuinely protect your investment. That lens is applied to every recommendation we make on your home.

Relationships, Not Just Projects

We don't disappear after handover. Annual home reviews, priority maintenance support, and a direct line to our team — because a home at this level deserves to be supported for life.
